PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate evaluation support system enable supporting evaluation of appropriate real estate.SOLUTION : A real estate evaluation support system for evaluating real estate value of a real estate supplier, the real estate evaluation support system comprises a real estate information data acquisition unit for acquiring real estate information data of a real estate consumer including preference property information data of the real estate consumer and the real estate information data of the real estate supplier including the preference property information data of the real estate supplier, a preference information data collation unit for calculating a collation degree by collating the preference property information data of the real estate consumer acquired by the real estate information data acquisition unit with the preference property information data of the real estate provider, and a real estate evaluating unit for calculating the value of the real estate of the real estate supplier subject to evaluation by using the matching degree calculated by the preference information data collating unit as an adjustment coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 10COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
