PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system in which : the lender of a real estate property can select a borrower satisfying conditions and the same can disclose the information on a property exclusively to the selected borrower, whilst the borrower of a real estate property can reduce burden when borrowing a property.SOLUTION : A real estate lending and borrowing assistance system 1 comprises : an acquisition part 11 for acquiring search criteria relating to the attribute information of tenants from terminals at real estate companies managing real estate properties; a tenant information storage part 21 for storing by associating tenants and the attribute information of tenants; an extraction part 12 for extracting the tenants including the attribute information corresponding to the search criteria by referring to the tenant information storage part 21; a property information storage part 23 for storing real estate information for each of the real estate companies; and a transmission part 14 for transmitting to terminals at tenants of the whole or a part of the tenants extracted by the extraction part 12 of at least one or more real estate information from the real estate information stored in the property information storage part 23.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
