PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To eliminate information shortage by adding residence environment information on living comfortableness and coziness to real estate property information and facility information.SOLUTION : An evaluation support system of an inhabitant environment of the present invention is an evaluation support system for a residence environment in a property information providing system that provides property information on properties including houses and facilities. The property information providing system comprises : a property information management database 13 for recording property information; a sensor 5 for measuring the environmental parameters of the property; a residence environment database (living environment DB 14) for recording measured data of the sensor as an environmental parameter for each property; and an object evaluation apparatus 11 for evaluating the environmental condition of the property using environmental parameters of the residence environment database, storing a result of the evaluation in the residence environment database as the evaluation value of the residence environment, and linking the property information management database 13 and the residence environment database for each property.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
