Abstract The present invention relates to an augmented reality real estate server comprising : a multimedia server for streaming multimedia; a real estate database system wherein the real estate database system is adapted to receiving and retrieving real estate information; an augmented reality engine for generating an augmented video with the real estate information retrieved from the real estate database system; and a web server for receiving a request; such that the web server is adapted to provide a response web page having a link to the augmented video streaming from the multimedia server.
