PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an information processing device enabling preferable treatment of property information, an information processing method, and a program.SOLUTION : An information processing device includes : a management unit for managing present status information showing whether or not real estate property is at least in a vacant state and property information including a location address showing a location of the real estate property; an output unit for outputting a list of the location address contained in the property information managed by the management unit to a resident for verification against a database for specifying an address to provide service; an input unit for receiving an input of verification results showing whether or not existence of the resident is presumed relative to the location address contained in the list; and a processing unit for performing processing to the property information in which the present status information is presumed to be wrong in the verification results.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
