The present invention relates to a method and a system for providing a real-estate trading service. The method for providing a real-estate trading service of an escrow server in the system for providing a real-estate trading service including an escrow server, a bank server, and a trade server includes : a step of generating first integrated trade management data after confirming authentication of a contractor of a first trade contract when first trade contract information is received from the trade server; a step of changing a trade payment deposited from a buyer of the first trade contract to virtual money; a step of generating second integrated trade management data after confirming the authentication of the contractor of a second trade contract when at least one among the contractors of the first trade contract receives second trade contract information from the trade server; a step of updating a deposit detail of the first integrated trade management data and the deposit detail of the second integrated trade management data when the buyer of the first trade contract requests payment of the virtual money; and a final payment step of transmitting a command in which a whole deposit payment registered in the second integrated trade management data is paid to the buyer of the second trade contract, to the bank server when a real-estate-related report procedure completion signal on the first trade contract and the second trade contract is received from the trade server.
