PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To make it possible to provide information for appropriately linking a real-estate company which is a corporate customer of a financial institution, and individual customers suitable for the real-estate company.SOLUTION : An information providing device 100 comprises a storage device 101 and an arithmetic device 104. The storage device stores customer information of a financial institution and property information of a real-estate company. The arithmetic device identifies customers whose property locations in the property information are within a prescribed range of a traffic line and property prices in the property information are within a prescribed range of credit on the basis of the property information and location information and credit information of each customer indicated by the customer information, generates a customer list, generates summary information of the customer list, and transmits the summary information to a terminal 500 of the real-estate company. When receiving a prescribed instruction by the real-estate company from the terminal 500, the arithmetic device sets output of a prescribed notification related to the property information when using a prescribed device 200 of the financial institution about each of the customers included in the customer list.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
