According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for brokering a property for sale comprises : a server for receiving information on a tradable property for sale, providing general information for the property for sale and verification information for verifying that the property for sale is a real property for sale according to an opening request of a user, and providing a property trade environment on online; a manager terminal for receiving a property-for-sale verification request transferred from the server and generating the verification information to provide the verification information to the server; a broker terminal for inputting information on the tradable property for sale in the server; and a lessee terminal for requesting verification information for a specific property for sale to the server and displaying the verification information of the specific property for sale provided by the server on a screen.
