The present invention relates to an escrow safety transaction method of a real estate agent using a real estate integrated information system comprising : an escrow setting step of extracting contract information and registering the same in an escrow database when an agency terminal sets an escrow safety transaction by designating a receiver terminal and a payer terminal after performing a pre-verification process; an escrow performing step of generating a transaction contract and confirmation instructions to register the same in a transaction contract database and a confirmation instructions database when the payer terminal deposits a set down payment to virtual account information and receiving deposit information of a middle payment and balance to update an escrow database; an escrow verification step of allowing an escrow host terminal to generate a statement of account, transmit the same, and process escrow verification completion after performing performance detail confirmation and escrow verification processes and determining an adjusted amount; and an escrow completion step of performing escrow money transfer, escrow money payment and difference return when the escrow host terminal processes an escrow verification completion, and completing an escrow database. Thus, according to the present invention, by performing legal right analysis and pre-verification of checking whether facilities are damaged or defected when a real estate contract proceeds, transaction risk can be realized and avoided in advance. Also, by proceeding a practical real estate escrow safety transaction which is capable of promoting thorough fulfilment of a transaction and securing safety, it is possible not only to protect property rights of a person directly involved in a transaction but also to prevent real estate fraud and illegal transactions.
