PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information output device capable of providing information on a land and a building which can be purchased, and to provide an intuitive understanding of the completion image when constructing the building on the land.SOLUTION : A management server 10 of a real estate information output system 1 makes a purchase reviewer terminal 30 display information on a real estate which is a purchase candidate in response to a request from the purchase reviewer terminal 30. The management server 10 comprises : an extraction unit 16 that extracts land information on a land being the purchase candidate using a result of learning of the information about the real estate by a learning server 20 based on input real estate search information, and extracts building information about buildings that can be built on the land specified by the extracted land information; and an output control unit 19 that makes the purchase reviewer terminal 30 display an image that appears to be a building built on the land specified by the extracted land information extracted by the extraction unit 16, as the information on the real estate being the purchase candidate.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
