The identified one or more real estate properties may be provided with a service for assisting in determining to purchase or rent the identified one or more real estate properties. The search conditions includes one or more subjective themes, and the identifying means may identify one or more real estate properties to be presented as a result of a search on the basis of the one or more subjective themes included in the search conditions.
