PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate data retrieving system capable of easily checking the degree of description of items in a real estate library of objects requiring real estate information SOLUTION : An R system (constituted of at least any one of a real estate appraiser, a first class registered architect, a real estate business chief, a judicial scrivener, a real estate investigator, a licensed tax accountant, and a lowyer) 1 adds the contents of the degree of ' explanation of important terms' to real estate evaluation provided from real estate dealers 2 and prepared by a real estate business chief, the contents are entered as real estate primary information, the primary information is supplimented by a prescribed judge group, and real estate secondary information based on ' real estate library' to be judged results is outputted. The real estate primary and secondary data are stored in a data base(DB) built in a real estate integrating center C. A CPU 4 provides the ' real estate library' collected from the dealers 2 and stored in the DB to the dealers 2 and customers 3 through an I/O device 5. An arithmetic circuit 6 integrates the number of filled entry terms in the ' real estate library' and divides the integrated value by the number of items in the whole ' real estate library' to find out a filled rate.
