SOLUTION : The real estate information is inputted on a terminal side on the side of performing the business, the real estate information inputted on the terminal side on the side of performing the business is stored in the storage means of a server and uploaded, carried and displayed on the homepage of the server and the real estate information displayed on the homepage is retrieved by the access of a customer terminal. In the case that the customer who makes access finds a desired item, a processing is ended. In the case that the customer who makes access can not find the desired item, desired conditions sent from the customer terminal through the homepage by a desired condition registration sheet are registered as a customer chart in the terminal on the side of performing the business. The matching of the item and the selection of the item with the real estate information inside the storage means of the server are performed in the terminal on the side of performing the business from the registered desired conditions and selected item information is transmitted to the customer terminal.
