PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a mechanism for leading to the benefits of general consumers by improving the service quality and the business world image in a whole real estate business world.SOLUTION : Created is a system for indicating the guideline of service provision quality having several tens of items such as a customer service, information security, compliance, accident-free management and education to general employees in a real estate business world, and for enabling a third person to evaluate and authenticate the service provision quality.
