PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate registration application information retrieval device allowing a user to retrieve a real estate wherein a business value is improved by the use of real estate registration application information to easily comprehend its position. SOLUTION : In this real estate registration application information retrieval device, a parent number display map displaying parent numbers of lot numbers on a map is displayed and outputted, the selection of a parent number is received to display and output a cadastral map corresponding to the parent number separately from the parent number display map, and registration application information in a lot number corresponding to the parent number is read from a registration application information database based on the selection of the parent number and is displayed and outputted. The registration application information of a property wherein it can be predicted that the future business value is improved by the use of the real estate registration application information is extracted and displayed.
