PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate registration application information retrieval device capable of investigating a trend of real estates without requiring labor in the consideration of the business involving transfer of rights on real estates.SOLUTION : The real estate registration application information retrieval device includes : registration application information storage means for storing registration application information which contains information corresponding to the date of acceptance of an application for registration, information indicating the purpose of the registration and information corresponding to the lot number of the real estate whose registration is applied for; master number display map display output means for displaying and outputting a master number display map which displays master numbers on the map; master number selection acceptance means for accepting a selection of the master number displayed on the master number display map; and registration application information display output means for extracting registration application information which contains the master number whose selection is accepted by the master number selection acceptance means in the information corresponding to the lot number, from the registration application information storage means, listing the information corresponding to the date of acceptance and the information indicating the purpose of the registration, and displaying and outputting the information.
