PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a collective style real estate construction system that resolves various troubles, by absorbing mismatches between drawings or specifications caused by a system based on the division of labor including a variety of specialty areas such as plans, basic designs, detailed designs, procurement, construction, interiors, advertisements, and marketing, and by making a database of final design information. SOLUTION : A collective style real estate construction system 1 of the present invention comprises : a storage part 2 for storing basic design drawings of a collective style real estate; extraction means 3 for extracting design elements contained in the basic design drawings; and matching means 4 for ensuring matching by detecting mismatches between the design elements and construction elements.
