The real estate value assessment system includes : a control center managing vehicles entering or leaving a parking facility included in real estate; an imaging device installed in the parking facility; a collecting part electrically connected with the imaging device and the control center, and collecting parking information, which is information about a parking facility, from the imaging device and the control center; and a value assessment part calculating an assessment grade by assessing the value of the real estate based on the parking information. Accordingly, the system is capable of more accurately identifying the practical commercial value of real estate.
