PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate coordination activity support system and a real estate transaction activation method, in order to promote utilization of vacant houses and vacant lands that occur and are scattered in areas such as municipalities and that continue to increase.SOLUTION : In a real estate transaction activation method using a real estate coordination activity support system, an organizer manages a coordination business fund, collects abandoned real estate information, and introduces an abandoned real estate property to the house builder, and the house builder operates a business. When the house builder concludes a contract, a part of a brokerage fee is donated to the fund.
