PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate trading party information exchange system enabling a buyer to know a fairer selling price from among the expanded object conditions when viewed from the candidate buyer.SOLUTION : Conventionally, the system has premised a seller who is willing to sell. However, the presence or absence of sales is also variable depending on the price of the market, and the real estate owner who expresses the intention to sell is only part of the potential market. Also, there is a problem in that it may be interpreted to express the selling intention to sell of the seller a weak point of the seller and may make the seller disadvantageous. In order to solve this problem, the real estate and its real estate owner are registered regardless of whether or not he expresses the intention to sell. Without assuming the intention of the owner to sell, the real estate owner can enjoy a merit to know the purchase offer with respect to the possessed real estate, and it can be expected that the market for the potential real estate supply is expanded by knowing the purchase offer with the value.
