An almighty sub-controlled low-carbon water faucet is disclosed. The front part of the water faucet shell (1) is provided with a cover (2) through the center of which is a water outlet (3), and the inner cavity surface of the water outlet (3) is provided with ribs (4). A bearing (5), in which an effluent core (6) is inserted, is mounted in the shell (1). A diversion slice (7), a water controlling slice (8), a sub-sealing slice (9), a temperature controlling slice (10), a water inlet slice (11) and a pressing slice (16) are assembled in the above sequence behind the effluent core (6), and the rear of the effluent core (6) takes a shape of gear. By utilizing the pressure of tap water in a pipe, water flows through the inclined holes in the same direction and forms a vortex which pushes the effluent core to rotate at a high speed, thus enabling an original water line to generate centrifugal radioactive spraying and turn into numerous regular spraying points so as to form a washing net. The valve slices of the water faucet consist of a water temperature regulating switch, a centrifugal radioactive-spraying switch, a water flux increasing switch and a on-off switch. The water faucet performs all the functions of the traditional faucet by turning the valve slices, changes the inner structure and appearance of the traditional faucet, and achieves low-carbon manufacturing and using effect.
