FIELD : medicine; pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to medicine and describes a pharmaceutical combined aerosol composition of a propellant type of protein oligopeptide or polypeptide compounds from a group of proteolytic enzyme inhibitors with an antiviral, antimicrobial or anti-inflammatory substance taken in a solution with water content of not more than 10?% of the volume of the composition and total amount of said active substances 0.001–50 mg per 1 ml of the composition. Composition also contains ingredients of the buoyancy mixture - glycerol, ethanol and ozone-saving water-insoluble propellant, taken in volume ratio 0.01–40 : 0.01–7.99 : 50.0–99.7?%, respectively, on the volume of the composition.
