The present invention relates to 1, 2, 4-oxadiazole compounds, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof, and in particular, to a compound represented by a general formula (I), a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, and a use of the compound as a Farnesoid X receptor (FXR) agonist. The compound and the pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound can be used for treating and/or preventing diseases related to the activity of the FXR such as cholestasis, diabetes and complications thereof, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), obesity or metabolic syndrome (dyslipidemia, diabetes, and complications having an abnormally high body mass index), and cardiovascular disease.
