Provided is a method for refining crude rocuronium bromide; the method comprises : using vacuum microwave drying or fluidized drying to remove residual solvent in crude rocuronium such that same meets medicinal requirements. Using the method it is possible to obtain high-quality rocuronium bromide, such that large-scale industrial production of rocuronium bromide is easy to implement; at the same time, it avoids or reduces the use of flammable and explosive solvent ether; in addition, the investment for the equipment used is small and the space occupied by the equipment is small.
