FIELD : medicine; pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE : group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to antimicrobial medicines in the form of instant tablets and sachets used for preparing a solution for local and external application, and to a method for production thereof. Preparation contains active substance nitrofural and filler – sodium chloride and additionally contains beta-cyclodextrin and as leavings organic acid and alkaline component is used at following ratio of components, wt% : nitrofural is 1.5–2.5; sodium chloride 8.0–75.2; beta-cyclodextrin 1.5–30.0; organic acid 9.0–30.0; alkaline component 11.7–40.0; excipients – balance. Also disclosed is a method of producing an antimicrobial medicinal preparation, wherein the required amount of sodium chloride and nitrofural is ground, thoroughly mixed, then obtained composition is divided into two parts; in one part, ground organic acid is added, mixing is carried out and then beta-cyclodextrin is added to the composition, which is wetted with water and mixed until uniform distribution of components, crushed alkaline component is added to the second part of the mixture, mixing is performed and then beta-cyclodextrin is added to the composition, which is wetted with water and mixed until uniform distribution of components, both mixtures are mixed and granulated and pelletized.EFFECT : group of inventions enables to obtain a drug preparation with reduced disintegration time and improved stability of the preparation during storage for up to 4–5 years.10 cl, 4 tbl
