Before the beginning of the course of oncological disease treatment, a solution of naphazoline 1 mg/ml is installed in a conjunctival cavity of both eyes. Irrigation of nasal mucosa is performed on both sides with naphazoline solution in the same concentration. Lachrymal passages are washed with normal saline and occlusion of lachrymal points of both eyes is performed with the help of obturators.
