A method for analyzing sugar chain distribution of low molecular heparin, said method comprising the following steps : separating the low molecular heparin by means of a chromatography column of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); and placing the low molecular heparin into a charged aerosol detector (CAD) for detection. Said method has a short detection time and a low detection cost and can achieve accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of sugar chains of different lengths in a low molecular heparin sample.
