Method for treating extended pelvic ureter strictures using a jaw mucosa autograft, including longitudinal dissection of its stenosed portion with extension of incision into healthy tissues by at least 0.5 cm in each side, characterized by that formed defect of pelvic ureter is replaced by suturing to lateral wall of urinary bladder by autograft from buccal mucosa.
