FIELD : medicine; pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE : present invention relates to a combined pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases. Composition contains a first mixture containing amlodipine, chlorothalidone and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive which is lactose hydrate and microcrystalline cellulose at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.5 to 1 : 2, and a second mixture containing losartan and an additive. First and second mixtures are contained in physically separated forms. Combination composition according to the invention is preferably a two-layer tablet.
