The invention relates to medicinal products, intended for elimination of asphyxia, namely to devices for performing conicotomia, in particular kanyulyam for performing conicotomia.The cannula from set for performing conicotomia, including tube bent from polymer material and attached to its proximal end plate with holes for fixing cannula on neck injured. Internal diameter of tube is from 5.5 to 6.0 mm.Effect consists in provision of long-term artificial ventilation of lungs after performing conicotomia without necessity of carrying out additional surgical interventions, as it allows to restore high (more than 95%) level of oxygen saturation for 2 - 3 min after performing conicotomia.
