A class of matrine α-ketoamine compounds having a structure as shown in formula I and a preparation method therefor; tests show that the compounds may effectively inhibit TNF-α and activate the immune function activity of NK cells, and may be used to treat autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and tumors mediated by abnormal levels of TNF-α and NK cell immune dysfunction.
