Normal syringes cause leakage or needle excretion when injecting some medications or washing and luerlock syringes that were the solution needed expensive molds and devices and it is also technically impossible to produce syringes with a non-central Luerlock nozzle and the needle luerlock screw may not open and cause needle stick and sticking syringes also have problems so syringes do not have any sealed and this leads to resale and it leads to transmission of AIDS and hepatitis. This invention by installing a tab on a cylinder or tab cap, mounted on a cylinder of any type of syringe, engages and locks the towed tab with the step of the needle hub which prevents drug leakage or needle excretion, while needle is easy to install and by pressing the toggle button the tab will be released and needle gets out.
