Electronic computing device and data transmission device are made in single sealed housing with hermetically sealed ports for connection of peripheral devices and power sources. Biometric data reading device is one or more video cameras. Mobile device is any mobile device with possibility of installation of software for remote control of complex on it. At that, video stream from biometric data reading device by means of data transmission device arrives to electronic computer to create "template" of biometric data of subject and automatic comparison with available "templates" in database.
