Provided is a drug combination of a quinoline derivative and an antibody, containing an immunological checkpoint inhibitor and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, wherein the tyrosine kinase inhibitor is a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The drug combination shows good anti-lung tumor and anti-liver tumor activity.
