Implantable filling inlet channel is connected to the above implanted reservoir for replenishment of the above implanted reservoir. Implanted infusion needle is fluidly connected to said implanted reservoir. Said implanted infusion needle is made for longitudinal displacement and has a tip having an outlet for fluid delivery.
