Electrobaromembrane device of combined type includes two covers having nozzles for input of separated solution, removal of permeate of the first stage, withdrawal of retentate of the first stage and retraction of second stage retentate, two tubular membrane modules, ledges for fixation of tubular modules, housing of flat-modular module, having hollow for installation of support rings, check valve, porous substrate, float level gauge, sealing fillers, bayonet ring. Apparatus comprises monopolar electrodes – anode and cathode, terminals of device for supply of electric current, made in the form of cylindrical pins with thread, in which there are round through near-anode and near-cathode grooves. Chamber for the near-anode and near-cathode permeate of the first stage is separated with a dielectric partition from the chambers of retention of the second stage. Apparatus also comprises near-anode and near-cathode membranes, near-anode and near-cathode meshes, channels for discharge of near-anode and near-cathode permeate. Each of the chambers of near-anode and near-cathode permeate of the first stage contains a float level gauge, a check valve and an air supply nozzle. Flow-through openings are made in flat-membrane module. Proposed device comprises two second stage permeate discharge nozzles connected downstream with tubular membrane module and two second stage retentate discharge nozzles connected downstream with tubular membrane module and arranged in retention chamber of second stage.EFFECT : differentiated release of ions in flows of near-cathode and near-anode permeate at the first separation stage, reduction of hydraulic resistance per unit of apparatus volume, improvement of quality and efficiency of solutions separation.1 cl, 7 dwg
