The method comprises : if a power-off instruction is received, acquiring configuration information of the in-vitro diagnosis testing instrument (S11); executing a power-off preparation operation according to the configuration information (S12); and if it is detected that the power-off preparation operation is completed, controlling, according to the power-off instruction, the in-vitro diagnosis testing instrument to be powered off (S13). By means of a power-off preparation operation being performed before the in-vitro diagnosis testing instrument is powered off, the in-vitro diagnosis testing instrument can automatically complete the power-off preparation operation before power-off, thereby reducing the aging and damage of components in the in-vitro diagnosis testing instrument and reducing the failure rate. In addition, this can prevent an operator from coming into contact with a physical power supply, thereby improving the operation safety, and it is not necessary for an operator to wait for a self-inspection process before power-off, thereby improving the working efficiency.
